    Week 5

    I've lost 2.1/2lbs this week would off liked 3 as thats my target for my holiday but I'll have 2 and a half roll on may when I'm hopefully another 2 stone lighter x
    Week 1= -16.3/4lbs
    Week 2= -4lbs
    Week 3= -4.1/2lbs
    week 4=-3.1/2lbs
    Week 5= -2.1/2lbs
    Week 6=-6lb
    Week 7=-4lb
    Week 8=-3 1/2lb
    Week 9=-4lb
    Week 10=-1.3/4lb
    Week 11=-5.1/4lb
    Week 12=-5.1/
    week 13=-1 1/4lb 2 days off plan for my 40th birthday!
