New member- Day 4 for me!

:) I decided not to introduce myself till i knew i could stomach the shakes lol. Im rachel, 24, and this is my first time in a diet forum and first time doing exante ts properly.

Atm i am having the thai chicken soup (very diluted ) and its nice. So far i love the banana and choc shakes, the veg, tomato and chicken soups.

strawberry shakes have me on the fence. Hate the Vanilla, hate the mushroom (although normally love both flavours!) and the porridge is the very very worst thing i have ever had in my life!

I tend to weigh in everyother day and so far i have gone from 15.7 to 15.2! with 3 days to go still. I would be happy to lose 3 pounds a week from this week onwards.

I have been reading all your posts and you are all doing so well! thats why i decided to do this diet.

hi Rachel!good luck on your diet...first time for a forum and exante for me too,but if you're out like me you'll fine this great support.its brilliant that you like stag a wide range of the products,and just shows how e dryn tastes are different!i can't stand any of the soups and love the porridge...having 3 a day most days just sometimes having a bar when convenient.
Look forward to hearing you progress through the weeks,but seems you're doing a great job already.
 
Hi Rachel/Jody! I'm Kathryn. First time on the forum for me too! Started Exante TS on Wednesday so Day 3 for me today. I'm on the shakes, I've tried all the flavours and they're not bad at all, actually a lot nicer than I thought. I'm having 3 a day for now, see how it goes! Looking forward to weighing in next week. I had a sneek peek this morning and I've gone from 11st9.5lb to 11st4.5lb so 5lb up to now. Fingers crossed the weight loss continues. Just wanted to say hi anyway and look forward to hearing each other's progress. Good luck! xxx
 
hi everyone, and welcome im on day 5, and am finding it quite easy which is unusual for me..lol
ive tried the banana, choc, tomato, and veg so far and a choc orange bar and im impressed with them all so not like the cd i dont a couple of years back
i also had a sneak peek and have gone from 17st down to 16 5.5!!!!! so am amazed at this, tho i know it will slow down in coming weeks its the boost i needed to keep me going
