It still takes me to 16lb loss in 4 weeks which is amazing, but disheartening to not lose more after a week of eating the packs, especially forcing down the tomato soup, uck!

I know how you feel I did TS for two weeks then stepped on the scales with a degree of excitement so I was disappointed to have lost only 4.5lbs. It took my daughter to say that was a brill loss as my weight had been going steadily upward to make me realise a loss is a loss.
