    I want to keep all my weigh ins in one place so here they will be

    Today was my first weigh in.
    Getting on the scales and seeing the number left me like this

    I have lost 18lbs!
    That's 1st 4lbs in just one week, I am a very very happy bunny this morning.
    I've dropped 3 bmi points already too.
    I know it's only because I have so much to lose but I'm still happy.


    I'll be keeping all my losses in this first post (I hope)
    So.....

    Week 1) -18lbs

    There wont be any weigh ins for a week or two because I tend to go off the rails when I'm feeling crappy and don't see the result I'm hoping for....so as I'm not feeling so great right now I am staying away from the scales.
    I'm still sticking to exante 100% though so next weigh in should be a big one!
