Lynne will be thin!
Started TS last Sunday 28th April. Need to lose weight by 18th July when I fly to Philadelphia to visit my sister.

Start weight: 14st 2lb
Eventual target weight: 8st
Target loss: 86lb :rolleyes:

Today's weight (week 1): 13st 8lb
Weight loss: 8lb

Right, that's it. Going to do my first training 'run' - 2 mins jogging + 1 min walking X 8. I wonder how many calories this will be. Will keep a daily total of how many calories used and - of course - whether I adhered to Exante TS and what I had.
 
How did your run go?
 
Not too good. Onlymanaged 3 of the 8 X 2 mins running and walked the rest. It's all calories used - it will just take me longer to train for racefor life!
 
Don't worry...I had to do the same training session a few times before I moved on x

I think I'll be doing the same one for ever!!!! Didn't exercise today but will be back on the treadmill tomorrow - I'm waiting until I can at least run a bit before running outisde.
 
Weigh in day today. 2lb lost - another 5st 4lb to go.

Another 2lb this week. I'd have liked more but I'm not complaining. I'm still hoping to have lost another 27lb by 18th July when I go to Philadelphia. However, even if I don't lose that much, whatever I have lost by then will be amazing!
