Well this was always going to be an interesting one I had a per booked anniversary weekend away in London so went completely off plan from Friday pm until Sunday pm ate 3 meals a day out in restaurants and at the hotel I did however keep the carbs to a minimum and walked miles around London and.... Drum roll please still managed to loose a pound! I am now back on track and not feeling as gross as I thought I would
Oh wow, well done, really pleased for you. And well done for trying to keep the carbs down, it's so easy to just blow it all and go for everything made out of flour (i know what I'm talking about)
I know! thanks guys was expecting worse. I do love my carbs too but aside from 1slice toast with scrambled egg for breakfast and a wonderful flatbread at the Lebanese restaurant we ate at one night it was an obvious carb free weekend - you never know what carbs are hidden away in stuff though. I kept away from the free cookies and all the fabulous looking pastries at breakfast. I do have the other of all headaches this morning though!
