Ok, so it's not been a week. I started on Monday, and it's now Friday, but I'm also going away later and won't be back until Wednesday, so wanted to weigh in before I went. So I hopped on the scale and I've lost....
I'm really happy with that, especially since I'm not due to weigh in for another 3 days! I also did my measurements again this morning, I've lost 1/2" off my chest, 1" off my waist, 2" off my hips and 1" from my thigh.
I've exercised every day along with following the diet 100%, so I'm really pleased with the results!
6 down, just the pesky 33.5 to go!
