Not one week but 28 days
Ok at the start I decided not to put a foot on the scales until i completed my first 28 days so I put feet on scale and I was shocked to see i had lost 1.5 stone I was expecting to lose a little less and would have been happy with a stone but over the moon with results.
I had a slice of gluten free bread last night , could not help myself has it was a fresh bake, gutted after i had eaten it but the deed is done.
I am going to carry on for another 28 days not having a food break I think in myself I will be ok but if the need comes i will have a little something extra maybe another meal.
So all you others dont give in what ever you do, week four was always my breaking point and this time I was strong and overcome temptation and feel stronger and better. I need to lose around 3 stone so half way
