    I have to keep telling myself or reminding myself my losses wont be no where near as good as some because of having and under-active thyroid.
    Plus I stopped smoking 4 and bit months ago so that slows your metabolism down as well.
    Hey oh ill keep on keeping on. Its got to come off eventually
