    Thank you! I'm so pleased especially as Sunday I had a plate full of veg and chick and a small slice of cheese cake for pudding. If I can lose at least 3lbs a week from now on I will be so happy

    Day 3 of week 2 and I'm already 3lbs down. That's 17lbs lost in 10 days! Woooo!!!
