    Tinky's weekly weigh in

    Well I'm starting this at week 5, as I only just found this forum...so glad I did

    Week 5: -3 lbs

    Weight: 11 st 5lbs
    In September 2013 I weighed 14st2 which is the heaviest I've been. I joined SW in November weighing 13st13. I was doing alright, but then I discovered exante, which I started at 12st9. Best decision I've made in a long time!

    Week 1: - 7lbs
    Week 2: - 2lbs
    Week 3: - 3lbs
    Week 4: - 3lbs
    Week 5: - 3lbs
    Week 6: - 3lbs
    Weeks 7-12: - 4lbs (cheated :/)

    goals:

    11.7- 08/02/14
    11.3- 17/02/14

    10.10- (normal BMI) 19/03/14!!!
    10.7- 03/04/13
    10.3-
    9.13-

    GW: 9.7-

    I've been much less than pefect. I've had a number of weeks off and cheat about every 3rd weekend haha but it goes to show that even if you struggle, stick at it and it will come off.
