    Newbie Weigh in week 1

    Weigh in this morning after my first week, 5 lbs off, not thrilled, but not totally upset about it. I get a little disheartened when you read about other people who have lost loads in the first week, anyway I am marching forward into week 2, see what that brings
    Mini Goals:
    #1 to be in 14st range
    #2 1 stone off
    #3 to be in 13 st range
    #4 to be able to run 10k without stopping

    Well done hun 5lbs is still a fab amount to lose you should be proud of yourself :-)
    Hope I lose that much my first weigh in only started yesterday so fingers crossed :-) x
