    Hi you are doing well! no diet is easy - if it was then we would all be skinny and not on here! lol
    Time to start liking my body again.....! Weighing daily for motivation.... (will start again soon!) 15th Mar 19st 1.4lb approx -had bit of drink first! 21st Mar 18st 9.6lbs
    Week one: 13lbs lost making my first personal goal of a stone seem a bit pointless! 20st1lb to 19st2lb Week two: 4lbs off taking me to 18st12lb Hmmm.... ate for a week(ish) here so starting again! Just 3lbs on in that time so not all bad..... WK 1: Bit of a mess around but lost 2lbs in about 3 days Now 18st 3.2lbs WK 2: Mini Goals: 1 stone DONE. 2 stones 3 stones 4 stones 5 stones 6 stones 7 stones 8 stones Weigh less than my husband. By my birthday to wear something in a size that doesn't start with 2. Put my 'skinny' cropped jeans on (and not be cut in half by fastening the button!) To have lost more than I still need to lose Go in shop and not have to dive straight to the back of the rail to find my size. Go down a shoe size (does happen when I am smaller) Make sure I sit in an aeroplane seat not as snugly as last time (I was about 17st last time I flew)

    Have a peek at my thread - I went off track massively but have reigned it back... I ate rather a lot in the last couple of weeks - pizza, chinese n stuff and I am amazed I only put 3lbs on, but being back on exante properly have lost two of those in just a coupla days. You can do it
