    First week weigh in

    Can't believe I have lost 12 lbs in my first week, I won't be expecting that in my second week. Good luck everyone with your weight lost.

    Well done thats a great loss, i too lost 12lbs in the first week and didn't expect much for the second week but went on to lose 4.6lbs . Good luck for your second weighin.
