    Need to invest in new scales, but the old ones are showing a 10lb lss this morning. Really chuffed and bless my big sis who says she can already tell ' around my chops'!

    5lbs off this week, total of 19lbs. Hoping to pass a stone and a half next week. Introducing add a meal, so need to keep focused.

    Cheers ladies. I was surprised this morning, have actually just weighed myself again at my in- laws to double check my scales are right and still showing 5! Had a chicken noodle (slim noodle) salad for lunch, which was amazing! Lol. So just need to keep on track this week with the food. Fingers crossed for Wednesday Kat! are you doing Exante Marie? X
