    WHOOP WHOOP

    Have been 100% on plan, but really struggled mentally this weekend?

    However 4lbs off this week makes it seem worth it!!!!

    Three weigh ins so far.
    Going into week 4...great results but def not the easiest mentally I'm finding!
    especially when cooking for the kids and they leave tasty bits!

    You're doing incredibly well!
    I find the exact same - make a tasty dinner for the kids and they leave most of it! Typical! Have to put it straight in the bin to avoid temptation even though I wouldn't normally eat off their plates
    It definitely is! 25 days to go! Getting through my list and really its keeping me focused!

    i so know what you mean about not normally wanting specifically what's on their plates...but it's food!

    Think you are doing fab doing this and prepping for a wedding!
    I find it hard enough getting to nursery, school and work!
