    I do jump on the scales in the morning, but only record it once a week.
    Its a bad habit as you expect to see the numbers go down every day and that won't happen!

    Hi Striver i'm going great guns no hiccups at all. The thing I'm struggling with is eating 3 packs in a day I only manage 2, 5 days out of 7!

    Dont want you keeling over...I have no problems in having all mine (and could eat the same again but don't!)

    Ive lost 2 this week, which I know is good, but wanted three!!!
    thinking it might be a bit fluid retention, monthly thing.
