Hello everyone

Well it's a little over a week but I wanted my weigh-ins on a Sunday morning.

I've been 100% on my 4 shakes a day since Friday 2nd and I am now 99.6kg so a 7.4kg loss whoop whoop!!!!

I've found it hard to keep my water intake above 2 litres a day but it's going well other than that!

Morning all

Just jumped on the scales and its 97.8kg this morning, a much smaller loss than week 1 but I'm still happy.

Really struggling with remembering to drink... Any tips?

Good morning everyone,

Weeks 3 all complete and the scales were calling me.... 96.1kg today so a loss of 1.7kg this week.

Seems the food week made a slight difference but not massive and my energy levels were much better so I'm considering a switch to man plan permanently rather than the 600 calories of total solution.

I've still got another 18kg to lose so there's still a way to go yet but I can see a way forward given I'm 11kg lighter now than in December :-D

Morning everyone,

Week 4 and I'm down to 95.3kg, that's a loss of 0.8kg this week.

Things are definitely slowing down but I'm happy with 11.7 kg total loss this month :-D

Just missed my target to be under 95kg, but onwards for February with target of 90kg.

Hello again,

Week 6, weigh-in at 92.4kg so lost 1.4kg this week and on target to get down to 90kg by the end of February :)

Hello everyone,

Had a mid-week exit from ketosis, I'd allowed my carbs to creep up on the man plan. A cauliflower grill with my chicken instead of plain cauliflower, or a spinach frittata instead of spinach etc.

The result... 92.1kg this morning and a teeny 0.5kg loss in week 7.

Looks like I need to be über careful and keep weighing things and watching the carb contents!

Good morning

It's the end of week 8 and the scales are saying 91.3kg ☺️

A rough week getting back into ketosis (still not sure I'm there) but I'm determined to stay on plan for March and to hit my goals to transition in April to low GI as my new eating plan.
