Week one weigh in - oops!

Well. Starting this diet the week of a bank holiday was never a good idea!

I went to the seaside for the weekend and came off the plan on Saturday and Sunday. I ate BBQ mainly but there was buffet food and ice cream. I felt dreadful after my stomach was in agony! That'll teach me eh! BUT I didn't drink any alcohol. Not a drop. I knew it would make me gain even more so stopped myself.

Weight on early Saturday morning before I left was 13st 1 1/4 lbs and when I weighed myself this morning I was 13st 3 1/4 lbs so I have gained 2lbs from going away.

As this was my first week, my total loss is 4lbs as last Monday I weighed 13st 7lbs. It obviously would have been a lot more had I have stuck to it properly!

I do feel a bit disappointed with myself but week one is always hard. I will get back on it again for this week and cancel any more social engagements until I am under control!
