    Be Strong!!

Hi to everyone out there enduring the turmoil of weight loss!! I am due to start on Exante tomorrow and although excited about the prospect of losing lots of weight I'm also a little apprehensive too! Reading some og your blogs you all seem to be doing fabulous and are a real inspiration to a newbie like me!

Good luck with your start. It's hard at first but it really does get easier after a few day and the ketosis fairy pays you a visit! Which plan are you going to be following?

Thanks Dreamingmaid. I'm struggling a little with the headaches but I can honestly say that as yet I'm not really hungry!! I'm starting off on Total solution just to see how it goes. I've already lost 2st 5lb by cutting carbs but seemed to of hit brick wall. For a few weeks now I haven't lost anything so I'm hoping Exante will give me the boost again!! You seem to have done brilliantly. 11lb loss in your first week....WOW!!

Thank you all for the welcome!
I've a quick question I hope you can help me with. My friend is thinking of starting on Exante too but wants to know can you have more than 1 bar a day? Obviously counting it as 1 of your packs!
    Thanks xx

Exante recommends no more than 1 bar per day because they contain more carobhydrates than the shakes & soups so could take you out of ketosis. They also contain more fibre so could have a laxative effect!

I find them so more-ish that I have to cut them in half and space them out during the day otherwise I'd be tempted to have more than one bar a day. It's all part of the learning/self-discipline process for me.

    Hope this helps.

Isha, thank you so much for that! I've only been having one bar myself which I save until the kids have gone to bed (it's my treat). I checked with customer support today via e-mail and they said that it won't affect your calorie intake but if on total solution may take you out of ketosis. Best not to risk it I think!
P.s Just looked at your weight loss.........WOW!! You have done brilliantly. Inspiring!!
