    Disappointing WI

I've moved up to WS this last week and am feeling much better for it. I've been very careful to follow it exactly and to ensure I drink at least 2.5l water (actually had more in this hot weather) but I've only lost 1/2lb this week. It's not TOTM but my ankles are looking a bit swollen for the last few days so I wonder if it is water retention, is that common in hot weather?
I'm hoping its just a blip and that I will see a more significant loss next week. I'm dying to see the number on the scales start with a 9.

    Hi Gina,

It's possible that it is the hot weather making you retain water, or it could be that you have introduced food for the first week. Either way you will see a bigger loss next week. Stick with it.
