I really cant wait for wee Bub to be born so i can get back to exante and finally getting to my goal weigh of 12 stone.
Most i weighed was 19.07 and my pre pregnancy weight was 14 stone. I'm gonna try my best to keep my weight down as much as possible without dieting. Here goes............

I just wouldnt want to take the chance personally. Not when ALL the VLCD companies are totally unanimous in saying to avoid it. There must be some reason behind it. IMO its just not worth taking the risk of getting knocked out of ketosis for something like a can of coke when there are so many other alternatives.
My water flavouring arrived, it taste like aspirin!![]()

Its the berry one, and its just like dissolvable aspirin!

I got W8 ones I think they were, online and they were awful
IF you can get hold of CD ones, the orange one is gorgeous!
I didn't realise we could use cd water flavourings thanks for sharing that, I have half a tub left and know I can up my fluids if use it. Relied on coke zero today but don't like to much fizzy. :-) I'm on day two and feeling good so far!
Sainsburys strawberry and kiwi sparkling water is fine too. 3 bottles for £1.10 and its deliciousxx
This was the cd berry!![]()
Rule of thumb when it comes to soft drinks is anything with NO citric acid...
and, so it would seem, NO lactic acid

Coke Zero
Asda Diet Coke
Dr Pepper Zero
Bouillon
Green Tea
Peppermint Tea
Perfectly Clear red apple sparkling water
tescos own strawberry water
Sainsburys strawberry and kiwi sparkling water

Sorry folks removing the perfectly clear red apple sparkling water. Looked again and there is a little citric acid in it, it's further down the list than a lot of drinks but it is there
