Followed low fat low carb diet for 2 weeks, can i still loose 1 stone a month?

Hi there, I ordered my exante bumper pack and its due on monday yippee. I know with exante total solutions You can expect to loose approx 1 stone a month, but what really questions me is: can I still loose 1 stone in a month even if i have lost 1 stone 7 lbs following a low fat low carb diet?? I haven't been eating much solid food for 2 weeks, just eating nuts, salad, milk, cheese and some fruit so my body hasn't had any intake of breads, pasta, rice, potato, none of the bulky heavy foods, considering having done a low fat low carb diet and lost weight, would 1 stone a month still be possible for me? I have about 2.7 stones to loose to get to target...

Hello. Most people lose a stone a month it seems. With two and half stones to lose if you stick to it you should lose around a stone.
In my experience your clothes become looser very quickly. Some exercise helps too.

Yes. Correct. May be following a relatively well moderately low calorie diet but not really low carb.
