Just a reminder selling, swapping, trading or giving away shakes/soups etc is NOT allowed nor is posting links to eBay sales

There have been a few threads over the past couple of days

Any threads which are posted will be removed

I wish I'd given away my one sample of veg soup... It was meh!
 
I get why selling isn't allowed but why can't we do swapping? There's no-one giving over money to anyone and it's not something that benefits just one person as two people get to sort out having packs that will otherwise be wasted.
 
That's true, I hadn't thought of it like that. Though it's not always been the rules because there used to be a board for selling and trading, not sure when or why that went.
