    Could this be the one??

    Hi people

I am completely new to this but an hoping for some motivation and advice having read so many fab comments about Exante.

I started CD about 2 years ago lost a shed load of weight which having weighed myself this morning is now ALL back on!! :0(

It would appear Exante is cheaper than CD, my CD councillor was rubbish and I felt like I was doing it myself before anyway so the use of a councillor doesn't bother me. How does this diet compare taste wise, I didn't like the CD soups or porridge so lived on shakes and bars which were ok but got a bit boring.

My finger is hovering over the "order a month supply" button and see how it goes so any feedback is greatly appreciated.

My hubby thinks I am mad doing a diet like this again, but I hate the way I look and feel and VLCD are the only diet that suits me not WW or slimming world etc, far to complicated for my liking

    Thanks

    Many thanks

hi I did CD before exante so I think I can answer a few of your questions the exante shakes are a lot less sweet than the CD ones ( although you can add a tablet type sweetener if you want ) but they are loads thicker and much more filling I hated all the CD soups but I LOVE the exante ones , I dont bother with shakes now , I have 1 soup , 1 porridge and 1 bar . I love the porridge they do , I make it with a sweetener and a little cinnaom and nutmeg and find it tastes more like rice pudding to me , and most people who have tried the porridge LOVE it . I say go for it

    Hi,
I also did CD, and found my councillor nice enough but not enough to warrant the price tag! I must admit i lived on the tetra's from CD as they were so easy to carry about and i do actually miss them. I have just started exante - Day 4- and tbh i think the shakes taste like the slef mixing shakes from CD did. I heard only bad things about the porridge from CD and so never tried it but might end up trying on exante. Personally i think think VLCD work well for some people and if CD worked for you then as long as you have the motivation then exante will work for you!
And tbh its only a short term thing really most people lose a stone a month so that means less than a year for the majority and just keep thinking how great you will feel after! To lose the weight on a 2lb a weight cut back would ake nearly twice as long

    Hi

Thanks for the feedback I did well on CD and lost 3 1/2 stone and 2 years later it's all back on.... I gave up as my councillor was rubbish and I started to feel it was just a money making scheme for her and she had no interest in what she was doing!

Ideally I would like to lose 5 stone and really wish I had not stopped when I only had a stone and a half to go but hey ho!!

I think I am just gonna go for it, I have my hols booked for June so I have something to aim for.

    Thanks again

I did CD before too. I switched to Exante for one reason and one reason only - cost. However, I will stick with Exante because I like their products. They get a bit 'samey' by so do CD so in the end it's worth the saving of £72 per month I am getting by switching to Exante. But ...... I do miss their Tetra's, so convenient x

    Hi

Because I am tall (6ft) I was told I needed 4 shakes a day on CD. So it was costing me £40 a week and that was 2 years ago so god knows what it costs now! I think I will give it a go, it so nice to here so many people are doing well on here, I was embarrassed by the fact that I was on CD as so many people told me its no good for you etc etc and I will put it all back on, but I think this time I will say nothing and hopefully see the lbs fall off with Exante, it will keep me motivated, fingers crossed I get the results that others have had on here?!

    Thanks again for your comments

Have you ordered your packs yet??

I haven't told anyone (well just 1 of my brothers) that I'm on exante either because I've done diets like this before and not succeeded so this time I'm keeping it quiet.

And just think, if your holiday is in june and you want to lose 5 stone....you could have lost it by then!

    Welcome

In my opinion, Exante is worth every penny. I have just started my 4th week...So far I've tried all of the shakes. They're all lovely! I got my second order today, I ordered shakes and bars, I've had a choc orange bar, it was so filling I had to split it in 2! It was lovely though. Im totally loving exante ..Give it a go, see what you think!
    Start: 14st 10lbs & waist measurement 41ins
    Week1: -9lbs - 14st 1lb (39ins)
    Week2: -4lbs - 13st 11lbs (TOTM) (36.5ins)
    Week3: -1lb - 13st 10lbs ..It's still a loss (36ins)
    Week4: -3lbs - 13st 7lbs - (35ins)
    Week5: -1lb - 13st 6lbs even though some VERY indulgent meals were had (35ins)

Week7: Week off exante - no gain - Break from exante week

No not ordered yet, I will do it when I get in from work.

Do you order the variety pack, I think this appears to be the cheapest option?

Variety pack is definitely the cheapest option and most people seem to go far. I'm far too much a fussy mare though and dislike about 50% of the products so have to pay a bit more and buy only the ones I like. Still cheaper than LT or LL though!

    Hi

Have you tried the porridge, the CD one was gross so I am reluctant to order them here, the same with the soups the CD ones were powdery and gross, but I can't just live on shakes that's when temptation sets in ?!!

    Thanks

Porridge is lovely, though a lot of people including me think it tastes more like rice pudding

And the prices have been the same as they are now for well over a year - they 'say' they're on offer but I highly doubt the price is going to go up any time soon
