    Struggling

    Day 12 today and after sad news at weekend I cannot seem to stomach the soups :-(. And I have even had a slice of cooked chicken ! So I think from tonight im gonna have to change to 1 bar and 2 shakes a day ! Wouldn't mind but I really liked the soups ..... This happened to me on LT liked the soup at fort then couldn't stand it ! Has any one else gone off any of the products ? X

    I used to love the soups (I even liked the tomato and basil one at first!) but after a little while I went off them.
    So this restart I decided to just have shakes and bars.

    Sometimes I love the shakes but sometimes I nearly gag and hate them....it's weird.
    Ah well, they're doing their job and that's what counts

    I know what you mean. For 2 days last week I struggled to drink the shakes - even though I like all of the flavours...The mere thought of putting a creamy textured nutrient filled shake into my stomach was just boke! I don't know why that happened and I still forced 2 a day down..I just couldn't bare the thought of 3, I know Im supposed to have 3..But I would have chucked if I did! ..Im alright now, thankfully!! Someone said something on another thread 'think of it as your slim medicine.' It kinda makes it easier to handle
    Start: 14st 10lbs & waist measurement 41ins
    Week1: -9lbs - 14st 1lb (39ins)
    Week2: -4lbs - 13st 11lbs (TOTM) (36.5ins)
    Week3: -1lb - 13st 10lbs ..It's still a loss (36ins)
    Week4: -3lbs - 13st 7lbs - (35ins)
    Week5: -1lb - 13st 6lbs even though some VERY indulgent meals were had (35ins)
    Week6: -3lbs - 13st 3lbs (TOTM) (34ins)
    Week7: Week off exante - no gain - Break from exante week
    Week8:
    GET TO 13ST BY THE END OF WEEK 8:

    I really struggle with bars, some days I find them worse than others. Just trying to muddle through and hoping I will just get used to them!!
