    First day at Exante total solution eek!!!

    Hi everyone. Finally starting my Exante diet today. Really hope I can stick at it. Loads of suport would be great! 13st 2 starting off today. Don't really have a target weight...any lose is great at this point, but I suppose i'd love to lose a stone at least. I've heard the first 3 days are the hardest so i'm sure i'll be on here every hour for support and motivation...good luck everyone

    I've started today too along with a few others! Together we can do it, they say the first few days are really hard so prepare yourself for the worst. Stock up on allowed drinks (there's a sticky with a list) and make sure you drink plenty of water everytime you get a hunger pang. Hopefully in a few days we will both be in ketosis and hunger free
    .....and then this time next week there will be significantly less of us

    Yes the first few days are the hardest. Can get headaches & nausea so may need some paracetamol. Some people also feel cold. Try and keep your water intake up & keep yourselves distracted. Good luck

    Hey how are you all getting on? Into my second full day and i'm starving lol Lost 2 lbs my first day though so thats motivation to keep going... What can you drink apart from water? Coke zero? And how much? Hope you are having a good day x

    Yep, i'm a little lightheaded today too and a slight headache. Thankfully i'm not working so i've just had a nap and feel a bit better. I don't know what to suggest except paracetamol for the headache. And to keep glugging the water! I'm just focusing on the fact that this week is not going to be a walk in the park, but the result at the scales will make it all worth it

    Yeah i'm trying to think that too, tough feeling light headed and having 2 kids to look after. Thank you for all your support, just keep thinking get to next monday and it will all be worth it and by then i'll be used to it You are doing really well, did you weigh yourself today or waiting for a few days? I couldn't help myself lol x

    No I didn't weigh myself, i'm trying to wait until Monday- because once I start i'd end up weighing several times a day Have you lost? I 'feel' like I have which is encouraging. I just can't wait to feel this surge of energy they all talk about.... xx

    I felt a headache earlier and tool loads of Water and pain killers so I'm feeling fine now. But I remember how I felt once I got over my first few days last time. I felt great and didnt want to come of diet. But the boyfriend begged me for v day. Lol boo. I wont be making that mistake again. We can do this!!

    Thanks for that, it gives me a glimmer of hope! So many people have said how great they felt, it's all about doing it properly eh. Well done for getting back on the wagon xx

Trying my best to drink plenty of water, really hoping this fades soon cause I don't feel like I want to eat anymore, but worried in case I faint!     Fainting would not be good! I hope you feel better after your nap I'm going to have a hot bath and an early night tonight. Hopefully i'll get a better nights sleep. YES Day 3 will be exciting!! We should turn a corner after day 3. How exciting! xx

    My day 3 today , had a pretty rough spot around 4pm there for a while but feel better now, early night planned too, not a bad headache today but very light headed and kinda spaced out feeling...more spaced out than usual that is LOL.

    Not feeling as hungry as I was earlier and kept 1/2 a shake to have hot going to bed, can't wait for the energy burst to come
    Starting JUDDD Target to lose 28lbs to finally get my body lift surgery done and forget I was ever 24.5 stone!
