Exante and Type 2 diabetes

Hi there,

Brand new here and I'm hoping to start Exante Total on Monday when the products are due to arrive. My weight has been stuck at a plateau for ages and my diabetes control is not good at the moment. Based on the research I've been reading about on diabetes UK I'm trying a vlcd to try and give my diabetes control a bit of a kick start and hopefully lose quite a few pounds in the process! I was wondering if anyone else here doing Exante is type 2 diabetic and how they're finding it on this diet and if their glucose levels have improved/medication reduced? Many thanks everyone.

I *think* one of the members on here has diabetes - I just can't remember who I'm thinking of! They posted about there being some research to say VLCDs were beneficial for those with diabetes and who wanted to lose weight..
