Starting Exante...
Hello everyone! I'm Shiv, over the past few years I've got a bit 'cuddly' as I like to call it. A classic comfort eater I've grown from an athletic, running and cycling size 8/10 to a wow my size 16 jeans are a tad tight.
Enough is enough. I've got to the stage where I have to stop blaming that bad break up a year ago, or my dissertation diet of takeaway and pro plus and just sort it. My confidence can't take it anymore, and my bank balance can't take a new wardrobe!
I recently started a new job, slightly more active and realised I'd lost a few pounds, so after trying and failing at several fad diets I know I can do it!
I'm starting Exante total solution tomorrow. I've heard many good things about it, and about MiniMins- so any advice or tips, much appreciated

Thank you!
I've just had a bit of a 'last night of freedom' with the girls, though surprisingly I was pretty good and didn't feel much like drinking either.
Teaching kids drama classes from 10-3 tomorrow so that should keep me busy, and my mind off food etc. really looking forward to feeling healthy and having more energy!
