Hi. I was thinking of introducing food into my diet some nights. Just meat (chicken/beef) and veg. I'm worried that this will effect my weight loss ... Any success stories out there for people doing this?? Thanks

Hi, I actually only had some food on Monday night. I had a chicken breast with asparagus and brocolli. I havent been hungry so have just been doing TS. I'm quite shocked at how easy I'm finding ... so while i'm not struggling, i'm going to embrace it! The test will be on Saturday, I've got a night out with the girls, meal and drinks ...eek!! ha
