I started on Saturday, and followed a low carb healthy eating regime the week before.
I've stick to it 100% drank all my water etc, but today I am having the most horrendous stomach cramps and a bit of a dodgy stomach. I can't tell if it's a result if the diet or just being a but ill in general, I do work with children and there is lots going round at the mo.
Any advice? Anyone else experienced this at all?
