    Getting married in July and today is day 1!!

    Lets hope that that this is the diet that works for me!!!!

    What drinks are allowed apart from water and coffee?

    Hi! We are the same height, similar weight and same goal weight. My order should be delivered tomorrow and it's nice to know I'm not in this alone!

    I read that Dr. Pepper Zero and Coke Zero are allowed as they don't contain citric acid.

    Hi this is day 1 for me too! So far so good! There's a sticky at top of these posts with what drinks we're allowed
    im actually quite excited about this! Will admit I am hungry but determined to get through this week and hopefully things will get easier!
    My baby is 15weeks, I was 9st Pre pregnancy, I'm now 10st8lb so would love to get back to Pre-preg weight as nothing fits me and its getting depressing every morning trying to find something to wear

    Well done for getting through day one! A stone and a half will hopefully shift quite quickly for you. Unfortunately I have a lot more to lose than that! Looking forward to starting tomorrow though

    Yeh I'm hoping it will, I could probably lose that just by calorie counting but my main problem when doing that is I can never think of things to eat and tend to just starve myself and then after a few days have a massive binge! And so it starts again!
    This way at least I know I'm getting the correct nutrients Etc, good luck for tomorrow! It's not easy, I'm hungry just now and starting to get a headache but I've just had a small bottle of asda diet coke, I've drank water all day and saved my diet coke for tonight, got the pack of 12 mini bottles only £2:44, so will have 1 a day for my coke addiction

    I know what you mean. Having done both slimming world and weightwatchers I find that I'm very strict all week then when it hits the weekend I have loads of 'points' or 'syns' left and I over do it and binge.

    Feeling quite positive on my official first day, delivery arrived first thing this morning so I have just had the chocolate orange bar for my lunch and am a bottle and a half of water in as they say you have to drink a lot. Hoping I will be able to prevent any headaches as that's when I start feeling sorry for myself and reach for comfort food.

    Good tip about the coke, might have to take a trip to Asda. How are you finding day 2?

    Hi, day 2 is going ok, I am hungry not gonna lie! Last night I started struggling in the evening when I would normally pick on foods, I had my last shake at 6pm last night and then by 9 I wanted something but I didn't!

    Today I started with shake at 11, I just persevered when I woke up, done the housework etc and then sat down to shake, I had a half of bar at 2:30 and I'm having my shake about 5:30 and saving the other half of bar to have later on with a cup of tea to help satisfy my evening cravings!

    I've been drinking loads of water too, can't stay out the toilet!

    Ive just made my husband and son a big pot of homemade soup but I'm resisting pretty well!
    Sounds like your in a good mind frame too!
