    Well done on your first day and going for a run too! My first day went fine too and cycled to work and back. Have kept super busy cleaning to keep my mind off food. May give a run a go tomorrow around the playing field if it's dry otherwise it will be the running machine that i got off ebay So determined to get down to my target weight this year as never quite managed it last year x
