    hiya hun iam sure it is doable it works out to 3.5 lb per week which in 4 weeks is 14lbs so even if you dont lose that 3.5lb every week it usually averages out to a stone a month so im aure it is achievable. i would be happy to lose 50 lbs in 14 weeks i have at least 4 stone to lose which is 56 lbs but would prob like to an 1-1.5 stone n top to give me leeway when i start eating again.but planning on doin low carb for the rest of my life as i know i cant keep eating the way i do now and be thin. so good luck to us both. its day 1 for me today so 14 weeks from today is 11th april. so lets see how we can do hun x

    It's my birthday at start of April and am sick of being the fat one!! So I'm aiming for a day at a time as I often make big plans then fall down and. Feel crap then eat...u get the idea...day 3 tomorrow hopefully ketosis will kick in as I'm still hungry but hey keeping busy so as not to think of it
