    to bar or not to bar????

    hi i was just wondering how many off you have the bars or just do shakes.i actually really like the bars so was thinking of getting the shakes and bars months pack but just wondering if they will slow weightloss or if it in the same? cheers x

    Im just on the shakes only but you're allowed any 3 products a day, although i think the general suggestion is no more than one bar per day as they are higher is either sugars or carbs i cant remember xx

    I have 1 bar a day and doesn't cause me any problems however on LL they suggested waiting a couple of weeks before introducing bars as they do tend to be a little higher x

    I also have a bar everyday and it hasn't affected me, though I would stick to the recommendation of one a day.

    Plus it's nice to have something to chew on!
