restarted this in late October and lost 13 lb by end November (I have been eating protein based foods as well and been out with work so not too bad). December survived with a 2lb loss by last saturday past all the christmas parties
so starting January at 14 stone 1 wanting to get to 12 stone really but wanting to make a good attempt over january although may not be total.
I've got the new exante app (great it shows a chart on your progress) but will try to pop in here too to encourage people along and post my progress (hopefully). I got to a weight of 16 6 april 2011 and well down from that with lots more energy and feeling better about self so know I can do it and I know you can too
