    Today going much better. Seem to have an hour or so of mega grump and then fine. Slept v well last night and today - not hungry! Yay . Just had vanilla shake hot with coffee x

    Yep me too. Cleaned my whole flat today from top to bottom! Feeling tonnes better although had major hunger pangs just now. A coke zero sorted it and am going to have a soup at six. Keep going we're doing super well )

    I am on day 10, no access to scales for another couple of days so dont know what my loss is yet but I am positively brimming with energy. Must be all the weight I am no longer carrying around lol. Here's to super slim people in super clean homes.
