I have felt so bloated since I woke up this morning :( Around 4pm it got worse :S I have had my 3 replacements 100% and drank the correct amount of water. I've also been taking fibre supplement and went to the loo today but didn't go yesterday.
Normally I weigh at 10/11am on weekends but weighed myself at 6:30 this morning (back to work) and I was a pound heavier!
WHAT'S GOING ON?!?!
