    Sore tummy and feeling bloated :(

    I have felt so bloated since I woke up this morning Around 4pm it got worse :S I have had my 3 replacements 100% and drank the correct amount of water. I've also been taking fibre supplement and went to the loo today but didn't go yesterday.

    Normally I weigh at 10/11am on weekends but weighed myself at 6:30 this morning (back to work) and I was a pound heavier!

    WHAT'S GOING ON?!?!

    Its all part of it. You are mostly losing water weight at the beginning and your tummy is just letting you know it aint happy not having food! You will get used to it though and things will settle down xxx
