    Starjumps

If any of you are starting (Or anyone already on it) Exante, and find exercise difficult with low energy levels, then starjumps is your answer.
When I used to play football, and boxed, I'd never ever done starjumps in part of my warming up and training routine, but whilst on exante I thought I'd give it a go, and let me tell you they really work. They work all of your body, you can feel the burn yet you feel as though you can do lots!

Try and do 50 on a morning and 50 on a night, then move it up to 75, 100, etc...

    It's worth it.

I do my star jumps sitting and bouncing on an exercise ball while watching TV. A tip I got from one of my gym instructors after I suffered from a foot injury. No pressure put on your joints and I hardly feel like I am exercising at all!
