    weight loss equivalent

    Hi all,
I like to think of my wieght loss equivalent to bottles of water in the supermarket. I've just hit 20lb or around 9kg which would be equivalent to a six pack of 1.5l bottles. picking that up and looking at the volume makes me realise that I've lost a fair amount and my heart/ knees etc are having an easier job without the equivalent of a 9kg rucksack on my back

Anyone look at the same way or have other ways to think about their weight loss?

    cheers
