Thread: Herbal tea?

Hi are you allowed herbal/fruit tea? Also read that you can have come zero is this true? Is Pepsi max the same? Sorry for all the questions lol xx

Peppermint tea I think is ok - fruit tea I'd say no.

Coke Zero, Dr Pepper Zero yes - but try to limit amounts - Pepsi Max, check to see if it's got citric acid, if it has I'd say no.
