    No pain No gain

    I am on working solution tried doing total solution i found it really hard. i started on 14th jan looking forward to see my results in a weeks time. I have to loose 8 Stones. Is there anyone doing working solution?

    I'm on TS but I completely understand the difficulty doing it! I'm going to be giving myself 3-4 evening meals a week to help me stay focused.

    Hi lavender I have started working solution today, I really enjoy my fish or chicken salad or prawn omelette. I won't do total solution, I know people who on ts have lost hair and had teeth removed. I know only small majority but my luck that would be. I think ws is easier and healthy. So I'm with you all the way.
    Mon 15th April 2013 (starting weight 13.8)
    Wk 1 Mon 22nd April -10lb. (Weight 12.12)
    Wk 2 Mon 29th April -2lb. (Weight 12.10)
    Wk 3 Mon 6th May +4 weight 13.0 (totally off plan, on holiday.)
    Wk 4 Mon 13th May -6 weight 12.8 (total -14 )
    wk 5 Mon 20th May -2 weight 12.6 ( total -16)
