    hello

    Hi EveryoneI am going to start Exante tomorrow... I have alotttttt of weight to lose.. i have been on every diet under the sun(and even some i made up myself), but after years of trying and failing(my own fault) I have decided that this is going to be my successful year.
    I am going to need lots of support and advice from you guys..
    So any tips would be really appreciated.. i did lighter life and cambridge(both for a short while) in the past so i know that vlcd's work its just having the will power...but sadly thats what i lack, plus its hard because i still have children to cook for.

    by the way does anyone know how i can get rid of my ticker(its about 5 years out of date) and all my information is from years ago when I was a regular on here
