Hi

So, it's been nearly 3 weeks already - and I'm 1 and a half stone lighter!

Food break week starts on Tuesday and I'm a bit nervous about it, worried about screwing it up! this is the first diet I have ever been on, I've never looked at what has carbs and what doesn't and I've never really considered what calories were in foods. So I'm looking for some help! What is the general 'Do Not Eat' foods, what should I be looking to eat and any reciepies you may have would be awesome!

thanks in advance :)

Well done that's quite a loss.

Eat a small amount of protein - meat, fish, chicken, prawns, egg. Avoid any food which is manufactured. Pies, pasta, potatoes, pasties, pizzas etc are best avoided for life!
Add leafy green vegetables and salad. I think in this section you are not to mention food so your thread may get moved. Avoid anything with fat, it's fattening. Butter, cheese, oil, fried food, milk. All not allowed.
You will not need much, the shakes etc seem to shrink your stomach a bit. Stick to three magic packets, three litres of water and a small meal.

Good luck
