Total to simple/working
Has anyone started on total then successfully continued to lose weight when following simple or working solutions?
The reason I ask is that I'm considering moving to one of the other plans once my first month is over as I feel it will be more manageable for me. having that one meal plus the packs I feel I'll be less likely to falter (not that I have) but I'm worried that after starting on total as soon as I even slightly up my calories I'll pile weight back on. I've yo yo' d for so many years that I'm almost scared to start eating more again.
I do feel really confident I can get to my goal it's just figuring out the best way for me.
Any advice would be great.
