I have my first weigh in tomorrow, after a sneeky peak on Friday morning (day 5) I had lost 5 pounds already!
I am just wondering, will my monthly affect my weightloss just like it would on, for example, SW?

Week 1 - 7 pounds!!!!!!!
Week 2 - 3 pounds (I drank a lot of alcohol this week! Yeah I also had a Happy Meal from Maccy D's in my drunken stupor! - OOPS)
Week 3 - 4 Pounds (again I went out and got drunk...)
Week 4 -
Goals - Achieved
Goal 1 - Lose 0.5st
Goal 2 - Lose 1st
Goals - Not Yet Met
Goal 3 - Lose 1.5st
Goal 4 - Lose 2st
Goal 5 - Lose 2.5st
If ur talking about time of the month, then yeh probably ive always found i put on a few pounds in the build up the it disappears throughout that week plus a bit more, water rentention and all that!
Thanks brightonwormI just wanted to know so if I haven't lost as much as I thought tomoz it wont put me on a downer! To be fair, it'd probs come off the next week anyway!
