I have been doing great on Exante so far, but tonight I missed my Pasta meal,
Didn't want to eat late so I just stuck to a warm drink and water for the rest of the night. Will this affect my weightloss this week.... Thanks Piddy

It probably won't make too much difference if you only do this the once. I wouldn't keep on doing it though, it will put your body into stress/starvation mode. Also you will be missing vital vitamins and minerals. Good luck.

Personally I wouldn't worry about it. You will be alright as long as you don't do this more than once a week. I don't think it will affect you weight loss at all, if anything it'll ensure you're in ketosis. Be careful it doesn't become a habit - you need all the vitamins to keep yourself up and running!
