    Another newbie

    Found out about this diet from a colleague at work. thought was worth a try. Package was delivered today and thought no better time than the present I need to loose 3 stone at least. i am fed up of being the heavy girl. I have had the orange and chocolate bar this morning, didn't like much but I am sure will get better and the thai chicken soup for lunch with 2l of water so far. I just pray I stick to it. Seeing what ppl on here have managed in terms of weight loss is fantastic and will help with persevering. Thanks alot for posting!!

    He good luck, I have just received my package and will have my first soup tonight.

    A couple of years ago I ordered the all about W8 VLCD and sporadically used up the packs. I had enough leftover for 4 days and have been going since Thursday and have so far lost 4lb only 3st to go.

    So far it is the bad breath that is bothering me!!
