8 days with one blip is a lot better than 8 days bingeing and 1 day good hey?Just forget about it now, dwelling wont take it back or make you feel better so move on and keep up the great work! We're all human and i think everyone getting past day one is doing a fantastic job. Start fresh tomorrow and dont look back. Im guessing it wasnt worth it? Keep that thought and remember you will undo the one day of bingeing withing a couple of days back on plan so dont beat yourself up. Learn from it and take it with you, its getting back on the waggon after a fall that counts, and clinging on with dear life until the end of the journey
